2、Ensure the continuity of pouring. In the pouring, casting workers should grasp the pouring speed, to avoid interruptions in pouring and lead to oxidation layer in the casting, and even the formation of cold compartment.

3、Beware of the core gas. During the casting process, the core should be very low, or have enough exhaust holes exhaust, to avoid the formation of pores because of the core gas.

4、Avoid convection defects. Convection problems in the casting production is critical. Convection hazard casting is for medium wall thickness of the casting, in the casting production, you can reduce the convection hazard by casting structure or process; pouring full after the flip; avoid upward complementary shrinkage and other methods to solve. And for thin-walled and thick-walled castings are basically not affected by convection.
